In accordance with the Law on Articles of General Use and its amendments, articles of general use are:

1. materials and objects that come into direct contact with food, materials and objects that come into contact with water intended for human consumption and consumer goods,

2. materials and objects that come into direct contact with food - materials and objects defined by Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and products intended for infants and children under three years of age to facilitate feeding and sucking, calming and sleeping,

3. materials and objects that come into contact with water intended for human consumption include materials and objects whose compliance parameters are regulated by regulations on water intended for human consumption,

4. consumer goods are:

– utensils, accessories, equipment and devices for the production of general purpose items,

– packagings for general purpose items,

– children's toys,

– cosmetic products as prescribed by Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009,

– detergents as prescribed by Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004, including those used in the production and placing on the market of food, including other household and industrial cleaning products not regulated by the said Regulation and products that act against harmful organisms by physical or mechanical action,

– tobacco, tobacco and related products and smoking accessories

– certain objects and products that come into direct contact with the skin and/or mucous membranes during use, including adult entertainment products and items for decorating the face and body, jewellery and imitation jewellery..

For the above product groups, we review documentation and do creation, translation or review of labels in accordance with the requirements and provisions of European Union regulations and applicable national regulations.
